Definition: Homelessness is defined as not having a stable or adequate place to live, often involving living on the streets, in shelters, or in temporary arrangements without permanent housing.
Descriptor of where data is derived: Point in Time (PIT) Count shows a number of individuals experiencing homelessness in both sheltered and unsheltered environments.
