Safety also includes safety on the road. The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) collects and reports this data. The data is updated at least annually and includes details on the severity of accidents, circumstances of accidents, and driver demographics.
What is EIPH Doing?
Eastern Idaho Public Health partners with the Idaho Transportation Department office of Highway Safety to conduct yearly seat belt observation surveys in accordance with National Highway Traffic Safety Standards.
